Labneh

I ate at Oren's Hummus yesterday and got the labneh- it's amazing, and apparently, easy to make. So I started it tonight and will see how it goes since it takes 24 hours to make.

I used: 2 cups of organic, plain, full-fat yogurt with 1/4 tsp of salt stirred in.
You just put it in a colander with cheesecloth and a bowl under it.  Tie cheesecloth together and hang.
Let it sit for 24 hours and strain.
You can add spices- but I'll just add olive oil and zaatar when I eat it.
